Join us at The Royal Over-Seas League for our Spring Gala Dinner (and 45th Grand Chapitre Britannique), for an evening spent enjoying vintage Champagne from bottles of four different sizes, a majestic meal, and the chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones—all preceded, of course, by lots of sabrage, as we welcome new Chevaliers and celebrate elevations to higher ranks. We will be joined on this occasion by two members of Grand Council: Grand Chancelier Ludovic Giard and Maître des Ambassades (and resident vigneron) Philippe Brugnon.

Canapés: Beetroot cured salmon, dill crème fraîche, salmon roe, blinis; Mushroom Tartlet (vg); Gratinated Shepherds’ Pie tartlet

Amuse Bouche: Chicken & Leek Broth, Pearl Barley

Starter: Confit Jerusalem artichoke, salt-baked celeriac, hazelnut & truffle dressing

Main: Cannon of lamb, fondant potatoes, green lentils, carrot purée

Pudding: Treacle tart, mascarpone ice cream
